Delivery – Nutrigaya


  • All deliveries are made by Hong Kong Post (CourierPost/SpeedPost), SF Express, or USPS for US orders only. All orders have the option of choosing shipping carriers at checkout for a faster delivery time.
  • All orders placed before 12 pm Hong Kong Time on a business day for international orders or 12 pm CST for US orders will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will ship out the following business day.
  • Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 1-10 business days (depending on the shipment destination). Tracking is included, but delivery date is not guaranteed.
  • *Please note due to the high demand during busy sale periods delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times.

Tracking your Order

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also be able to track the status of your delivery at any time by logging into your Nutrigaya account on-line.

International Deliveries

We use Hongkong Post to ship all international orders, and they usually take between 2-15 to arrive, depending on how long it takes to clear customs. Please review Duties & Taxes for important information about additional charges that may be incurred for international orders. US orders through USPS may take between 2-15 days.

We currently are able to offer delivery to all destinations.

Hong Kong SpeedPost and SmartPost and offer affordable and proven international delivery service to many countries with a delivery time ranging from 2 business days up to 15, depending on the country, but the delivery date is not guaranteed.

Duties & Taxes

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Hong Kong export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
